How do I return my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request the return of the goods within seven days after delivery. Items should be returned unused and in perfect condition.
The shipping expenses of the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original buyer’s credit card or banking up to one week after receiving the returned product. Personalized items cannot be returned unless manufacture defect or delivery error.
Note that we only process returns announced in advance. When requesting a return, let us know if you prefer a prepaid tag or if the item will be sent to you.
